Choose one of of our proven and award winning in-house designs and if needed, we will work with you to personalise the design to suit your requirements. Bring your ideas to us and we will give you the flexibility to turn them into a reality. Unlike some other building companies, we do not charge to alter our in-house designs.

Even if you love one of our home designs, you may want to tweak it just a little, At Wayne Carter Homes we give you expert and experienced advice on altering any one of our plans whilst taking into consideration your budget. After all we have been in the business for over 30 years and through our experience have gained a lot of knowledge.

It does happen sometimes that our customers have already had their own plans drawn for their particular block of land. At Wayne Carter Homes we offer the flexibility to use your plan and through our experience can also make suggestions if required.
