The WCH difference means that we have no middle man which can create miscommunication and lessen the quality of your home. We choose to undertake a ‘hands on approach’ to all our homes and that way we know our homes are built with the utmost quality and integrity. We limit the number of homes we build to ensure the attention and needs of the client.
If I’m looking at a block of land do you offer a site consultation?
We provide an obligation free site consultation. There are many things to consider when purchasing a block of land and we at WCH offer experienced advice.
Do you have standard plans?
Yes, we have a large number of standard plans available which can be altered to suit your requirements and importantly without cost.
If any of our plans don’t suit your needs and lifestyle we will custom design a plan that suits your lifestyle.
Can you quote on my plan?
Yes, we are happy to quote on your plan and offer advice on the plan you bring to us.
Do you have a standard set of inclusions?
Yes, we do. We have to start somewhere. But our inclusions list is not fixed. You can change it. It’s your choice! Importantly we always ensure you understand that there are no hidden costs and that we are flexible with your selections.
Do you provide a fixed priced contract?
Yes we provide a Housing Industry Association fixed price contract with your selections list included. Sometimes you will change your selections during construction and we provide a variation to that contract.
What about a Soil Test?
As part of your contract, we include a soil test on your land. It is required to know the sites soil composition underneath the surface so that our engineers can design accordingly.
