These packages are based on the land we have sourced and have available to our clients. We endeavour to select the best blocks of land available and understand that each person’s needs are different in regards to design features and importantly budget. We analyse each block of land taking into consideration the size, orientation and slope and then select one of our in-house designs to make the ideal package. By doing this it makes it easy. You have a fixed priced contract and all you have to do is select your colours.
We also offer you the flexibility to change our inclusions and choose your own plan as we understand that each person’s needs are different. At Wayne Carter Homes we understand that when selecting a home it’s about your needs, your wants and your lifestyle.
